New Releases for April

It’s the first day of April and also Friday, so it’s time for my list of New Releases! No foolin’! So, let’s see... I’ve read The Sweetest Thing by Jill Shalvis and loved it!! Her Lucky Harbor series is one of my absolute favorites. I have also read Erin McCarthy’s The Chase and enjoyed it as well. I love her sexy NASCAR drivers. I’m currently reading the debut book by Cheryl Ann Smith, The School for Brides, and really liking it. One book I am looking forward to reading is My One and Only by Kristan Higgins. She never disappoints!

Which April releases have you read? Of those, which ones do you recommend? Which ones are you most looking forward to reading? Tell us and one lucky commenter will win a book from my stash!

Maybe I could retire after winning the lottery, Helen. That would be lovely and give me the money I need to support my book habit. Oh, and if I won the lottery, I could also come visit all my Aussie friends!

  14. I'm definitely looking forward to Nora's Chasing Fire. Unfortunately, I haven't read any of the April releases yet because I'm still working on my TBR pile! But this is a great list of books, and there are definitely some I want to check out. But the ones on the top of the list for me are Sarah MacLean's Eleven Scandals, and Maya Rodale's Tale of Two Lovers, though I think they are technically May releases.

  17. I am up in snowy Ct. for the weekend with a loaded Kindle! The Sweetest Thing is ready to go. I am not loving It Happened One Season. Not Laurens and Balogh's finest! Has anyone heard of Ava Stone? I checked her out on an Amazon rec. She has a series of four and the first one is A Scandalous Wife. Great reviews on Amazon. Looking forward to the Eileen Dreyer and the Mary J. Putney. My non Romance reading is The Weird Sisters by Eleanor Brown and The Peach Keeper.

  29. I can't believe it but I haven't even started reading my "April" books yet! I'm still trying to finish up my March TBR list.

The three at the top of my April list are My Irrestible Earl/Galen Foley, The Bride Raffle/Lisa Plumley and A Borrowed Scott/Karen Ranney.

The book I'm looking forward in coming montlate this month is Cloudy With A Chance of Marriage by Kieran Kramer which has a release date of April 26th so I'd better get started on the books above fast. Don't you love Kieran's titles. This is her third book and if you haven't already read her stories run don't walk to the bookstore and buy her first 3 books!
