Catherine Lloyd also writes a good mystery series i.e Death Comes to the School, and the husband and wife work together to solve the mysteries/murders. I like it when the detective hero finds his soul mate and can enjoy a HEA in spite of the depressing work he does. I'm totally in love with historical mystery romances right now. Those set in the 19th century are my favorites.
