I'm still trying to decide what to choose for my special birthday treat. Nothing like waiting until the 11th hours, right? LOL! Should I canvass the area in search of a gluten-free birthday cake that actually takes like real cake? Should I make a batch of apple pie squares? (I bought apples today) Or should I think outside the box and go for something new and different?
