Coming Attractions

It's December, the last month of 2017. How in the world did that happen? Weren't we just celebrating New Year's Eve? It's been a good year for books; a good year for fun here at The Romance Dish. We hope we've entertained and enlightened you with our book reviews, guest author posts, interviews, and more. We hope you'll join us as we wind down the weeks to the end of this year and welcome in 2018 with great new books, blog tours, guest authors, and surprise giveaways. Happy December!

We launch this month on Monday, December 4 when Maggie Robinson joins us for a Q&A about her new book Redeeming Lord Ryder. This third book in her Cotswold Confidential historical romance series is an absolute delight!

Stop by Wednesday, December 6 to welcome Tawny Weber and the Harlequin Winter Holiday Traditions (+ Reads) Blog Tour. Tawny's newest Poseidon team/Navy SEAL novel, Call to Redemption was released October 31.

Update: Tawny Weber will be unable to join us December 6. Please stop by to read an excerpt from Gena Showalter's new contemporary romance, Can't Let Go

I'll be sharing my thoughts about Victoria Alexander's newest book, The Lady Travelers Guide to Larceny with a Dashing Stranger. when the TLC blog tour stops her on Thursday, December 7. This second book in Alexander's Lady Travelers series takes readers to Venice, Italy for a new romantic adventure.

Friday, December 8 brings Berkley Bookmas to The Romance Dish. You'll want to be here for an excerpt from Marry in Scandal, Anne Gracie's highly anticipated second book in her Marriage of Convenience series. The book will be released April 3, 2018.

Join us for all this and more during the merry month of December!

  2. Looking forward to Rachel Caine's new one. Have been reading a lot of Christmas books.

  3. I am looking forward to the Anne Gracie book. I somehow missed the first in the series, so need to catch up.

MY tree is up. Because I was no longer able to move the huge tree I had for a couple of years, I gave it away. I then decided since I would have a much smaller tree, I could give away some of my decorations. The bad things was, when I went to decorate my much smaller tree, I found out that I had given away most of my decorations.....all the special stuff was divided between my family members. But, I reckon there are worse things in life than a half bare tree.

  4. We celebrate Hanukkah with all of the family over for a delicious meal and exchanging of gifts. With everyone's work schedule, finding a workable night isn't always easy. I'm looking forward to reading Kristan Higgins' and Sonali Dev's new releases, both on 12/26.

  5. Haven't decorated here, yet, but I did decorate at the hospital.

  6. I haven't decorated yet. We go pick out our tree about 2 weeks before Christmas. I am looking forward to Miracle at Christmas by Debbie Mason, Promise Not To Tell by Jayne Ann Krentz and Jingle Bell Babies by Ginny Baird.

  7. We celebrate Christmas and then New Years. I am swamped with events until the 15th or so and haven't even thought about decorating. Our daughter's family will be here for Christmas and I really hope to get something done. She has a 6 year old daughter, so I need to at least get a tree up. I have read and enjoyed the CHRISTMAS IN A COWBOY'S ARMS anthology. It is going on my Christmas Keeper Shelf. I don't know if I will be able to read anything else until next year. I like historicals and those you listed above sound good. Tawny Weber is a Harlequin author that I enjoy. I am sure I will enjoy that book too.
I hope you have a peaceful and not too hectic December. Have a wonderful Holiday Season and a great 2018.

  8. I'm looking forward to Promise Not To Tell by Jayne Anne Krentz. We celebrate Christmas with our large family. It's a few week of getting together for dinners and just being together.

  9. I've been decorating the house since Saturday, and I'm now on the last leg of it. We celebrate Christmas and Boxing Day. I'm looking forward to Maggie's book, and Anne's book when it's released next year. No neeed to enter me into the contest as I don't read e-books.
