Rules of an Engagement
by Suzanne Enoch

For proper young ladies, good behavior has always been the rule...

One passenger, however, has caught his eye: a bewitching young minx who definitely distracts him from the rules of shipboard decorum...

Some rules, of course, are meant to be broken.

Miss Zephyr Ponsley has traveled the world, but she’s completely innocent in the ways of love. She’s never learned to dance or flirt. But scientific observation has taught her that the laws of attraction have no rules, and that no adventure, on land or sea, is more dangerous—or delicious—than passion!

Oh my gosh, me, too, Dianna!!!! Nora has done a terrific job of setting up Parker and Mal's story in the previous books. I. Can't. Wait!!

LOL, gamistress! Good for you for rsvp'ing them!

  14. Andrea and Dianna, I haven't read any of the books in Nora's new series. Now that they're all out (this is the last one, right?), I think I'll try to scrounge up copies so I can read them all together. Assuming, of course, that I can also scrounge up the time to read four books. That may be my biggest challenge! lol!

  15. I'm looking forward to Nora Roberts Happily Ever After! I've read and enjoyed the other 3 books in this Bride Quartet series: Vision in White, Bed of Roses and Savor the Moment.

I haven't either! Once I have enough time to read the four books in a row, I will do it!

  17. OH, MY GOSH!!! YES!!! Another Suzanne Enoch book and it's about Bradshaw!

Again, YES!!! Another book by Sarah MacLean!! She and Sara Lindsey have now become autobuy authors for me. They have surpassed my all-time fave author (won't give the name) to tie with Suzanne Enoch as my number-one-gotta-have-their-books-authors. (Now, say that fast 3 times!)

    ReplyDelete
  18. Yes, PJ, this is the last one. And I'm LOL on finding time to read! Boy, can I relate. *g*

  19. Hey, Laurie! So you're looking forward to Nora's, too? Yay! Not too much longer to wait!!

  22. November really has so many fantastic books! Now, to find time to read all of them. LOL

  23. Wow, so many great books coming out in November!! Nora's Happy Ever After, Lisa's Christmas in Friday Harbor, and Sarah MacLean's 10 Ways are definitely on the top of my list.

I really enjoyed Sarah's Nine Rules, and have been looking forward to reading Nick's story for awhile. And Julianna's, which I know is coming up next.

As for Happy Ever After, Nora has set up Parker and Mal's story from the second book, so can't wait for the payoff. It'll be fun to see how Mal melts Parker's Ice Queen facade and throw her for a loop, lol.

It's a good think I'm working now, so I can afford all these books. :P

  24. I've already read Ten Ways to Be Adored When Landing a Lord by Sarah MacLean, which I adored. Like many of the rest of you, I'm eager to read the final book in Nora Roberts's Wedding Quartet, and I never miss a book by Enoch, Heath, or Kleypas. I'm also looking forward to the first book in Roxanne St. Claire's new series and to Harlequin SuperRomances by three of my favorite HSR authors: A Marine for Christmas, Beth Andrews; The Moon That Night, Helen Brenna; and The Best Laid Plans, Sarah Mayberry.

    ReplyDelete
  25. I MUST check out Lorraine Heath, yes, I live under a rock, I have never read any of hers!

Karyn, you most definitely need to read her books. She's fabulous!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. I'm really looking forward to Kieran Kramer's debut WHEN HARRY MET MOLLY. I have heard so many great things about this book! And it looks like it's going to be funny and lighthearted like Julia Quinn, so I'm all over that.

And I also heard the Sarah Mayberry Superrormance is very good.

    ReplyDelete
  27. Definitely, I'll read several of these. The books by Kleypas, MacLean and Roberts top my list.

    ReplyDelete
  28. LOL @ Melissa! I know you're a big fan of Suzanne's books and would be looking forward to this one!

    ReplyDelete
  29. Hi, Lisa! The three you named are my top three from the list. ITA, Parker and Mal's romance has been brewing and this one should be a good one! Oh, and I'm hoping Julianna's hero is who I think it is. *keeping fingers crossed*

    ReplyDelete
  30. Janga, I'm so glad to hear you adored Ten Ways. Sarah's writing is superb!

    ReplyDelete
  31. Karyn, I agree with Gannon--you must read a Lorraine Heath book. I've not read one I didn't like.

  32. Elyssa said: I'm really looking forward to Kieran Kramer's debut WHEN HARRY MET MOLLY.

Elyssa, I've heard quite a bit of buzz about this one recently and immediately added it to my TBB list. It looks really, really good!

The Reckless Bride by Stephanie Laurens
Ten Ways to be Adored when Landing a Lord by Sarah MacLean (can a title be any longer?)
Rules of an Engagement by Suzanne Enoch

  35. Great line up of books, ladies. I had no idea Suzanne Enoch was writing Bradshaw's story! I adore that family. England's Perfect Hero remains one of my all time favorite romances.

And thanks for introducing more authors to me. I sometimes sublet from Gannon's rock.

  36. Please tell me how we are expected to keep up with all these books. I don't read that fast.
