  1. We cannot be talking about August already.

I think that the covers are just getting better & better. Yes, I do judge.

  2. August begins strong with a handful of new releases on the first from some of my favorite authors--Susan Andersen, Pamela Morsi, Shannon Stacey, Liz Talley, and Sherryl Woods. I've read two on your list and adored Ashe's lord and Manda Collins's Archer, and I eagerly await the Jeffries and the O'Keefe. I just started the Mustang Ridge series, on PJ's recommendation, so it may be September before I get to the third book.

I'm also especially look forward to Lauren Willig's The Mark of the Midnight Manzanilla and Sherry Thomas's Beautiful Enemy. Then there's the next book in the Captive Hearts series from Grace Burrowes, which, based on the first book, promises to be excellent; a new Ladies Unlaced book from the always wonderful Maggie Robinson; a new book from Dee Ernst, whose humor I love; and others too numerous to list. An awesome August for this romance reader!

  11. What a great batch of books for next month. Sadly the only one I had heard of was the contemporary, BETWEEN THE SHEETS. Odd because historicals are what I primarily read. They all sound like books I will enjoy. Now to keep slogging through all the great reads I already have.
