New Releases for March

Happy March 1st!! March is the month my husband and I got married and this year marks our 15th anniversary! We’re not doing anything overly romantic that day as my daughter has a function at her school that evening. LOL! But we will probably go out to dinner and see a movie at some point. J Anyway, it’s also a new month for romance releases! So far, I have only read one March release, but it was a terrific book—Lord of Darkness by Elizabeth Hoyt. You can check out my glowing review here! Right now I’m reading Sally MacKenzie’s Surprising Lord Jack and it is a rollicking good time! The ones on my list to read and/or still to buy are: The Duke Diaries by Sophia Nash, Thrown by a Curve by Jaci Burton, Dusk with a Dangerous Duke by Alexandra Hawkins, and Jennifer McQuiston’s debut, What Happens in Scotland. Can’t wait!

Which March releases have you read? Of those, which ones do you recommend? Which ones are you most looking forward to reading? Tell us and one lucky commenter will win a random book from my prize stash!

Until April, happy reading!

  1. Happy Anniversary to you and your husband, Andrea. I read and loved Meg Maguire's "Making Him Sweat" and I'm really looking forward to Jaci Burton's "Thrown by a Curve" and the first book in Vivian Arend's Adrenaline series.

  2. I've already read the following:

A Bride by Moonlight – Liz Carlyle
A Most Scandalous Proposal – Ashlyn Macnamara
The Duke Diaries – Sophia Nash
The Best Man – Kristan Higgins
The Second Chance Café – Alison Kent
Along Came Trouble – Ruthie Knox
    Three Sisters – Susan Mallery
    Bungalow Nights – Christie Ridgway
All He Ever Desired – Shannon Stacey

I enjoyed all of them, but I particularly recommend Kristan Higgins's The Best Man, a left-at-the-altar story, which I think is one of her best, and Alison Kent's Second Chance Cafe, which is the first book in what promises to be a great, new small-town series. (And it has the most lucious brownie recipes.)

I'm still looking forward to these:

Lord of Darkness – Elizabeth Hoyt
The Rake to Ruin Her – Julia Justiss
The Earl Is Mine – Kieran Kramer
The Last Debutante – Julia London
What Happens in Scotland – Jennifer McQuiston
    Fame – Tilly Bagshawe
The Heart of a Hero – Janet Chapman
    Family Pictures – Jane Green
Abide with Me – Sabin Willett

I'm so-o eager to read the Hoyt, and Abide with Me, which uses elements of Emily Bronte's Wuthering Heights sounds fascinating.
