New Releases for September

Well, my kids have settled into the new school year nicely, though they are already busy, busy, busy with homework and extra-curricular activities. Both kids have already had a school project and I fear that is a sign of things to come. LOL!

My kids and I are currently reading through the Harry Potter series together. It is my son’s fourth time, my second time, and my daughter’s first time. We are having a lot of fun reading and speaking like the characters do! Have you read the Harry Potter series?

There are a bunch of September romances I am looking forward to, including Anna Campbell’s A Rake’s Midnight Kiss and Theresa Romain’s It Takes Two to Tangle.

Which September releases have you read? Of those, which ones do you recommend? Which ones are you most looking forward to reading? Tell us and one lucky commenter will win a random book from my prize stash!

Until October, happy reading!

Plus a dozen Harlequin titles, a half dozen mysteries, and at least three not on your list:Carly’s Gift by Georgia Bockoven, Gabriel by Grace Burrowes, and The Untamed Mackenzie by Jennifer Ashley —you can see why September is stretching my time and my pocketbook. :)

Ada, the Shalvis is on my list too, as are another six or so September 24 releases, but TRD counts those as October releases, I believe. They will show up on next month's list.

  10. I've already read The Burning Sky by Sherry Thomas and it's very good. The first book reminded me in many ways of the original Star Wars Trilogy. If your kids like Harry Potter, then you should give this a try. Mary Balogh's book, The Arrangement, is only $1.99 at e-retailers, so I just purchased it. Finally, I may try Theresa Romain's and Shana Galen's new books. They sound interesting.
