I am back from a fun
“road trip” vacation with my family. We drove through Virginia and visited
Monticello and Montpelier on our way to Gettysburg, PA, then drove to Arlington and
Richmond before making our way home. It was a great, memorable trip, but now we
need to turn our attention to school. Yes, my kids start back to school next
week. This will be my daughter’s last year of elementary school and my son’s
first year of high school, so I’ll probably be an emotional wreck. LOL!
Thankfully, I’ll have plenty of books to keep me company. I haven’t read any of
the August books yet, but I am looking forward to reading A Good Debutante’s Guide to Ruin by Sophie Jordan and The Man Plan by Tracy Anne Warren.
Which August releases have you read? Of those, which ones
do you recommend? Which ones are you most looking forward to reading? Tell us
and one lucky commenter will win a random book from my prize stash!
Until September, happy reading!

ReplyDeleteI'm so glad to see so many of my fave authors's names on this August list. The surprise name on for me is, Tracy Anne Warren, bec I've come to know her as historical romance writer, and love her books, of course. I must 'throw in the towel' trying to catch up with all these new TBR books, but am not giving up reading though, just much slower than you ladies at TRD.

ReplyDeleteOooooo! How is it, SuzyQ?
DeleteI am so behind on new releases (thanks grad school :((), but I'm curious about Tracy Anne Warren's contemporary. I've only read her historical romances, so I'm interested in how this new series will turn out.
ReplyDeleteDid you read the first one, Antonia? I did and enjoyed it. It didn't knock my socks off, but I thought it was really good and I'm anxious to see where the series goes. :)
