  1. Now that is a comprehensive list! I'm plowing my way through the historical list (it's a great month). Thanks for saving me the time of scouting all the titles out for myself.

  2. Hi Clarisse! Thanks for stopping by. Andrea does a fabulous job of scouting out all the new releases, doesn't she? Which books are you most looking forward to this month?

    ReplyDelete
  3. Thank you, that's very useful !!! I know where to check now ;-)

  4. What a fantastic list I have 9 books on order at the moment and I am reading Anna Campbell's Captive Of Sin and this book is awesome.

All I need now is to win lotto then I can retire buy all the books I want and have the time to read them LOL

    Thanks for the list Andrea

    Have Fun
    Helen

  5. Today is my birthday! I think I'm going to treat myself to a book from this list. Last book recommended from PJ (Wicked Little Game) was a good one!

I'm blogging at petitfoursandhottamales.blogspot.com today if you want to find out how old I am . . . AND how much I weigh! :)

An agent recommended Meredith Duran's "Bound by Your Touch" so that's on my list right now.

    Thanks for the suggestions, Andrea!

  6. I obviously need to read that Kimberly Killion book from yesterday, too!

    ReplyDelete
  7. Nicki, be sure to check out my last comment on Kimberly's blog from yesterday. You won!!

    And Happy Birthday to you!!!!!

  8. Great list, as usual, Andrea. I am amazed every single month when I see the list of books that are out.

Clarisse, which historical are you most looking forward to reading?

Emmanuelle, isn't it great?! Be sure to check back every month for Andrea's list. I'm forever forgetting some book, so her list is always helpful.

LOL, Helen! I'm there with you. If I could just get that winning ticket!

  9. PJ, darling, you were up way too early this morning!!! Hope you went back to bed.

  10. Good Morning Ladies.
I love the list and will be using it to guide my reading this November.
I have already read C.L. Wilson's QUEEN OF SONG AND SOULS. Excellent. She has created a mystical land of magic. Rain and Ellysetta's story has captivated me from the beginning and I can NOT wait for her to complete the final novel in the story. That said, I also hope she chooses a character we have seen in one of these books and writes their story--perhaps the King of Elves story.
Next up for me is probably the book by P.C. and Kristin Cast just because I have read P.C.'s books and loved them. If you haven't picked oneup you should for she reinvents Greek myths in them and brings them and their characters into the present day. Very interesting.
Okay I have to go now and get kids up. This is addictive!

  11. Good morning ladies!

I'm up for some post-writing-binge reading! One I'm looking forward to is the debut of a new Urban Fantasty series by a friend of mine, Kelly Gay.

It's called The Better Part of Darkness. I've been waiting to read that one!

  12. PJ, darling, you were up way too early this morning!!! Hope you went back to bed.

Not by choice, Buffie and, yes, I definitely went back to bed! lol! I'd still be there if this wasn't my hospital volunteer day.

  13. Wow! What a list! I've read some already and have several on my TBR pile, but I am most desperate to purchase the Campbell, Hoyt, Metzger and Layton books. I'm shopping this afternoon, and if I don't find them in person (which, being old-fashioned, I prefer to do---I get that kick in my heart when I see something desirable on the shelf, LOL), I'm ordering online.

    ReplyDelete
  14. Good morning! What a lovely place you have here! So great to see you spreading the romance dish and good vibes. Wishing you all the best and looking forward to lots of fun times! -- Michelle :)

ps I don't want to admit how many of these books I've read because you'll think I have no life.

    ReplyDelete
  15. Andrea - TERRIFIC list! Yikes - seems as if I have so many books to catch up on this month. I've already read, loved and recommend:

Anna Campbell's Captive of Sin - Ah, what a great read, fierce heroine, prose that sings a beautiful melody, and the kind of romantic that makes you clutch the book to your chest.

Nora Roberts' Bed of Roses - a friends to lovers story - sweet, simple and filled with what Ms. Roberts does best - 3 dimensional characters.

J.D.Robb's Kindred in Death- This In Death book had a particularly great unveiling of the mystery and how it was solved.

Right now on my bedside table, in my pocket book, on my kitchen table and on my desk - I have:

    Skin Game by Avy Gray

Born of Fire by Sherilyn Kenyon

    Luke by Cheynee McCray and

Waking the Dead by Kylie Brant

    ALL waiting to be read...

Note to self - must take off at least 5 days this month and do nothing but sit in my favorite chair, drink a coke, eat a cookie and read these books.

  16. Good morning, my darlings! I'm so glad y'all are able to use my list to build up your TBR piles (or if it's like mine, it's a mountain) even more. Mwahahaha! My evil plan is working!

    ReplyDelete
  17. It is a great month, isn't it, Clarisse? So many wonderful books to devour--er, read. Are you looking forward to any in particular?

    ReplyDelete
  18. You're welcome, Emmanuelle! I'll have a new list up every month, so check back. :)

    ReplyDelete
  19. Thanks, Helen! Anna's newest is on top of my TBR mountain and as soon as I'm caught up on review books, I'll be diving in!

    ReplyDelete
  20. HAPPY BIRTHDAY, NICKI!!! You should definitely treat yourself to a good book or two. Or five. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  21. Good morning, Cyndi! I have all of C.L.'s books in my TBR mountain. (See, I told you it was TALL.) One of these days, I'm going to go on a reading binge and gorge myself on the whole series.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Good morning, Deb! I must check that one out. Thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  23. Thanks, Maggie! I hear you--I prefer to go into the store to buy books. My only problem is I want them NOW and I usually have to wait a couple days after the release date before they're on the shelves at my local B&N. So I have learned to be patient. And it isn't easy!

    ReplyDelete
  24. Thanks, Michelle! We are so pleased with the response we've gotten so far to the site. Like you, we love to spread our love of romance!

    ReplyDelete
  25. Thanks, Marisa!! The ones I have are:

Captive of Sin by Anna Campbell
What the Duke Desires by Jenna Petersen
    Luke by Cheyenne McCray
Midnight Pleasures with a Scoundrel by Lorraine Heath
The Care and Taming of a Rogue by Suzanne Enoch
To Desire a Devil by Elizabeth Hoyt

I just started Jenna's (for review) and it looks to be a good one!!

    ReplyDelete
  26. Thank you, Dish Ladies, for the fabulous listing! And broken down by genre, too! I'm a huge fan of the contemporary--straight up love stories, hurray!--and sometimes I have trouble tracking down new authors to explore.

I have a whole list to take to the book store now. Thanks again!

    ReplyDelete
  27. You're welcome, Susan! My list is pretty long, but I know I forgot some (though, not on purpose). Thanks for stopping by!

    ReplyDelete
  28. Wow, Andrea! Way to make a reader's mouth water!

I've got Anna's Captive of Sin and Joy Nash's Silver Silence sitting on top of the TBR pile luring me with their song....after I finish CL Wilson's Queen of Song and Souls...that lady is a master at world building.

Lots of other ones on your list tempt me....Believe it or not I hadn't started Nora's new trilogy...but will soon remedy that and Robin Owens Heart Change...another fantastic world builder.

    Sigh.....look out Borders...here I come.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Thanks, Joanie! Just trying to do my part to help boost the economy!

    ReplyDelete
  30. Ladies, thank you for making the "New Releases" column part of the regular monthly menu. :)

Andrea ~ You have no idea how easy you make it for me to get in trouble (er, grow the TBR pile). All I do is cut and paste from your list and make my own--I couldn't have asked for an easier way to make sure I don't miss out. :) Thank you!

I'm looking forward to Anna Campbell's Captive Of Sin and all the YA new releases. Currently reading YA Steampunk, Leviathan by Scott Westerfeld.

PS: Yesterday's post was so entertaining, I'm bummed I ran out of time to comment.

  31. So many books, so little time. Great list, Andrea. I'm intrigued by the cover to Crimson in the urban fantasy listing. Going to learn more.

    Happy Birthday, Nicki!

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hi, Clarisse. Andrea's list is so fab! I don't know what I'd do without her--saves me lots of time, but also makes me spend lots of $$$. *wink*

I wonder if Santa would bring me some gift card early, so I could get started on my November book buying binge. My TBR stash is so massive, what's a few more books, right?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Emmanuelle, Andrea will have a new releases blog every month, so you'll always know where to look.

Helen, I hear you on the lotto. *g*

    ReplyDelete
  34. Nicki, Happy Birthday!!! Hope it's the best! I'll pop over to read your blog--I always enjoy your take on life. :)

Meredith Duran is an amazing writer! You can't go wrong with any of her books.

    ReplyDelete
  35. Cyndi, I'm glad we could be a new addiction for you. Now you know how I feel. LOL

Deb, that sounds like a great new series. I'll definitely have to check it out.

    ReplyDelete
  36. Thanks, Isabel! I really enjoy compiling my New Releases list and am glad that the other ladies wanted me to continue doing it. I hope you find all the books that you're looking for!

    ReplyDelete
  37. Maggie, good luck with your book buying. I know what you mean about picking the books off the shelves yourself. I don't always get to do that. Living in a small town, sometimes our selection leaves a bit to be desired, so online shopping can be a godsend.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Michelle! Ciao, Bella! We're so glad to see you, and thanks so much for your lovely compliments.

As far as the number of books you've already read, we won't think you have no life. We're just envious! ;)

    ReplyDelete
  39. Marisa, I have many of the same books in my TBR pile. I could totally go for about a week with nothing to do but read. Bliss!

    ReplyDelete
  40. Susan, Andrea's list is a real time saver when it comes to book shopping. She does all the hard work, and we get all the benefits. Thanks, Andrea! :)

    ReplyDelete
  41. Joanie, looks like there will be a lot of us heading to the bookstore today. ;)

Isabel, Andrea's new release blog is designed to add to everyone's TBR pile. *wink* We're glad you enjoy it!

  43. Looking at this list, realizing how many I've already decided to read, or ordered, or now have to add to that list, I've realized why I don't seem to get any other projects done :) I love books, I can never have enough, and I love having this list all in one place, thanks!

    ReplyDelete
  44. Thanks, JWZ! I'm glad to help! :)

    ReplyDelete
  45. WOW what a list!!! out of the 124 books you listed I've only picked up 6! But now I have a ton more to add to my want list :)

Silent Night , Haunted Night by Terri Garey was excellent, awesome, and so much better than that. I was sad to find out that it was the last book in the Nicki Styx series. But don't worry you DON'T HAVE to read the others first to follow this one, it can be read as a stand alone. But be warned after you read ANY of Terri's works, you will want to get ALL her others!

Bound to Shadows by Keri Arthur was definitely worth the wait! So much happens in this one book! WOW!!! I can't wait till next year when the last book in the Riley Jenson series comes out.

The Untamed Bride by Stephanie Laurens is in my TBR pile, but it will have to wait till I'm done with Hush, Hush by Becca Fitzpatrick and Covet by J.R. Ward.

Captive of Sin by Anna Campbell is also on my TBR list, but I have to wait till it graces my mailbox with its presence. :)

Hot on Her Heels by Susan Mallery I can't wait to get my hands on! But alas I have to. :( already spent my Book Budget for the month. But I've been following this series since book 1 Under Her Skin . LOVE IT!!!

I also have Deep Kiss of Winter by Kresley Cole and Gena Showalter on my TBR list, but it is only out in hard back at the moment so I have to save up for it too. I love Kresley's Immortals After Dark (IAD) series. I haven't read much by Gena Showalter, but I hear she's really really good too, so this duology will be a great book to add to my book shelf.

Well, now it off to update my Wish list! :)

By the way, thanks for the list! Makes it easier to see what is coming out or just came out, rather than spend hours scouring the net to find out. :) Thanks again!

    ReplyDelete
  46. Wow, guys this place is fabulous!!! I missed the launch party - so, congratulations on the new site. What a stroke of luck for all of us that you decided to share what you do best! Thanks!

The lists are awesome. I've already read Elizabeth Hoyt, Lorraine Heath and Anna Campbell. All of them very enjoyable reads. I'm saving Nora's Bed of Roses for the weekend when I know I'm going to need a book and I wanted just the right one to pass the time.

    ReplyDelete
  47. Hey, Dorthy! Thanks for YOUR list. ;-) I hear you on having to wait to buy a hardback. With money being tight, there is only one author I buy in hardcover. Hopefully, it will stay that way!

    ReplyDelete
  48. Hello and welcome to the site, irisheyes! Thanks! We are very pleased with how everything turned out. Don't worry that you missed the Launch Party -- we're having a "Housewarming Party" the week of November 16-20.

You know, I've never read a Nora Roberts book. *gasp* I know, I know. Her new Bride Quartet series really intrigues me and I plan to buy them if (when?) they come out in mass market paperback.

    ReplyDelete
  49. Welcome, Irisheyes!! So glad you could stop by today. Sounds like you have already made a dent in the new releases :)

Dorothy, guess that means you will be at the book store this week, huh? LOL!

JMZ, I know what you mean about getting distracted from other projects to read. I'm always doing that :)

Trish, so little time is exactly right! I sure wish I could go on about 2 hours of sleep!!

Hey Isabel!! I'm sorry you didn't make it yesterday. We had such a great time with Kimberly (and Gerard!!).

Joanie! I sure wish we lived closer together so that we could go to the book store together. I can just see us now . . . giggling over the latest and hottest covers :)

Marisa, when you figure out how to get that may days off a month just for reading, please be sure to share it with me!!

    Michelle! Thanks so much!

Maggie, I hope you are able to find all the books on your list today. Nothing beats browsing through books in person. I love the feel of a new book.

Deb, enjoy your post-writing-binge!! It's the best way to relax, isn't it?!

    ReplyDelete
  50. PJ, I'm so glad you were able to go back to bed!!!!

    ReplyDelete
  51. I meant to post sooner, but I fainted when I read Andrea's admission that she'd never read a Nora Roberts book. LOL!

The only new book I’ve read is Roberts’s Bed of Roses, but the Campbell, Chapman, Enoch. Heath, Hoyt, Layton, London, Mallery, and Petersen are all on my TBR shelf. The Brighton, Garey, Lawson, and Metzger are on my TBB list, and I just added Lisa Klein’s Lady Macbeth’s Daughter. I loved her Ophelia. I’m so glad you included YA titles. Now if you just added women’s fiction like Kristin Hannah, Karen White, Luanne Rice, Eileen Goudge, etc., your lists would be perfect for me. :)

    ReplyDelete
  52. JWZ, I agree. I can never have enough books. Which probably explains why my TBR stash is completely out of control!!

Dorthy, I loved Silent Night, Haunted Night. Nicki Styx is such a fun character. My review of SNHN will be posted here on the 13th...Friday the 13th. Bwahahaha! :)

    ReplyDelete
  53. Irisheyes, welcome! Thanks for the compliments! Please stop in and see us as often as possible.

    ReplyDelete
  54. Janga, we often tease Andrea, and Buffie, to, for not having read Nora yet. *g*

I love all of the women's fiction authors that you mentioned.

    ReplyDelete
  55. I refuse to look at your lists or I'll never get the current opus finished, but I noticed you're sending prizes to the US only. This jaded blogger has learned the wonders of BookDepository.com for sending books to other countries. If nothing else, it's a wonderful place to poke around, and the discounts on your TBR pile might be helpful! (and no, I get no kickback, more's the pity)

(Hi Janga and Maggie! Maggie, get back to writing!)

    ReplyDelete
  56. LOL, Janga!

Yes, seems that Andrea and I are the only two romance readers on the planet who haven't read a Nora book. One day . . .

    ReplyDelete
  57. This is indeed a great list of books. My favorite read from the list is Bed of Roses by Nora Roberts. Jack is swoonworthy! I can't wait to read some of the others on the list as well. So much to look forward to!

    ReplyDelete
  58. I'm baaaack! I've been gone all day so I'm just going to say a collective "hello" and "welcome" to everyone!

    ReplyDelete
  59. Janga, that's an excellent suggestion to add women's fiction to the monthly list. I read most of the authors you mentioned.

    ReplyDelete
  60. LOL, Janga! One of these days, I will read a Nora . . . and probably never look back. And I will do my best to include some women's fiction in the future!

    ReplyDelete
  61. Hi and welcome, Patricia! Hmmm, what is this BookDepository.com that you speak of? I will definitely check it out! Thank you!

    ReplyDelete
  62. Thanks, Rowena! And I must say, you're making it hard for me to resist Nora for much longer!

    ReplyDelete
  63. Hi Patricia! Thanks for your suggestion about BookDepository.com. We were just talking about that last night. We love our visitors from other countries. In fact, several of our Launch Party winners live in countries other than the US. Unfortunately, mailing books to other countries is very costly so when we already have the prize book in our possession, the winner will be limited to US addresses. But, because we value our non-US visitors, there will also be many opportunities to win books and gift cards from places such as BookDepository.com.

    ReplyDelete
  64. I love this list! thank you so much!

    ReplyDelete
  65. Andrea, thanks for another terrific list. The reader in me appreciates it. The balance in my checking account does not! ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  66. LOL, PJ! Like I said, just trying to do my part to help boost the economy. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  67. To Desire a Devil by Elizabeth Hoyt is a must read for me! It's the final book of such a wonderful series-one of my favorites!

    ReplyDelete
  68. Hey Rowena! Swoonworthy you say? Maybe I really need to read a Nora after all. :)

Calila, good to see you again!

Hey Trisha! You'll have to let me know how good that book is!!

    ReplyDelete
  69. I'm thrilled to see that you ladies will be carrying on New Release list!! I'm so absent-minded that I forget about who's coming out with what and when!

I'm super excited about Katie MacAlister's new book!!! She is always good for a laugh on a rainy day!!!

    Thanks, Andrea!

    ReplyDelete
  70. Andrea, I've never read Nora either. I think it's partly because she has such a huge backlist that if I read her and fell in love with her writing I'd have to quit my job to have enough time to read them all.

I've read Jenna Petersen and Anna Campbell's book this month. I'm going to pick up Lori Brighton's book tomorrow and after that I'm catching up on Lisa Kleypas's Hathaways.

    ReplyDelete
  71. Howdy, Trisha! I have Elizbeth Hoyt's newest and MUST read it soon! I'm dying to find out who the traitor is!!

Btw, I'm watching our favorite show right now. ;-)

    ReplyDelete
  72. Clarisse, that is EXACTLY why I haven't read a Nora either! I'm a glom queen. lol

Enjoy the Hathaways! TMAT was the best so far, in my opinion. Personally, I can't wait for Leo's book!

    ReplyDelete
  73. Alright, I'm giving in and downloading Elizabeth Hoyt's tonight...darn peer (blog) pressure ;)

    ReplyDelete
  74. LOL, JWZ!! Have you read the others in the series? There is a common thread throughout. Really, really good series. Seriously good. ;-) Enjoy!

    ReplyDelete
  75. I have read the others, and loved them! I just ordered the new Nora Roberts and Stephanie Laurens books this week and was going to finish those the and most recent Laurell Hamilton before starting the Holt book, but I couldn't wait :)

    ReplyDelete
  76. Good night, all! I'll announce the winner in the morning!

    ReplyDelete
  77. Good morning!! The winner is:

    Dorthy!!

Congratulations, Dorthy! Please send your full name and address to theromancedishATgmailDOTcom and I'll get your book in the mail!

Thanks to everyone for your comments. We're having such a blast! :)

    ReplyDelete
  78. Really? WOW! *squeal*
Thank you so much! I'll send that e-mail right away!
Then I have to take kids to school. (we missed the bus. *sigh*)

    ReplyDelete
  79. So far this week I've read To Desire a Devil (disappointed a bit in the romance, but really enjoyed the final installment of the story of the 4 heroes) and What the Duke Desires (loved it). Starting out with Jillian Hunters most recent two now...impatiently waiting for the three I just ordered from Borders last week. Has anyone else noticed that Borders shipping is unreally slow?!
