Coming Attractions

April showers bring May flowers but they also bring plenty of terrific new books to read on those rainy days and fascinating authors to visit with here at the Romance Dish. Here's what's coming up at TRD during the month of April.

On Friday, April 8, we welcome the Emily March Reunion Pass tour to TRD. The eleventh book in March's popular Eternity Springs series, Reunion Pass tells the long-awaited second-chance love story of Lori Reese and Chase Timberlake, two characters Eternity Springs readers first met as love-struck teenagers. I've been waiting five years for this story!

International bestselling author, Laura Florand joins me for a Q&A on Tuesday, April 12. Chase Me, the second book in Florand's contemporary Paris Nights series was my introduction to this talented author and had me scurrying to download every book of hers that I could get find.

Janga will be back with another reissued e-book review with this month's On Second Thought on Friday, April 15.

I welcome debut historical romance author Rachel Miles for a Q&A on Friday, April 22. Rachel's first book, Jilting the Duke was released in January and has me excitedly anticipating the second book in her Muses' Salon series. Luckily, I won't have to wait long. Chasing the Heiress will be out May 31. Both books are currently available at discounted prices.

Catherine Bybee blogs with us on Monday, April 25. Bybee's new book, Doing it Over, kicks off her new Most Likely To series about three childhood friends fulfilling a promise to return to their small hometown for their 10-year high school reunion. If the first book is an indicator, this is going to be another stellar series from one of my favorite contemporary romance authors.

Tuesday, April 26 brings debut historical romance author Lenora Bell to the Dish along with the release of one of my most highly anticipated books of the year, How the Duke Was Won. This first book in Bell's The Disgraceful Dukes series is earning rave reviews, including starred reviews from the highly respected Publisher's Weekly, Booklist, and Kirkus Reviews. I've read an early copy of the book and totally agree with the reviewers above. I couldn't put it down!

Valerie Bowman's The Untamed Earl blog tour stops at the Dish on Thursday, April 28. This new Regency romance from Bowman, the fifth book in her Playful Brides series, sparkles with wit and delivers a humorous and heartfelt romance that kept me grinning and happily flipping pages from beginning to end.

We round out the month with a visit from Anna Campbell on Friday, April 29. Anna's next novella,Winning Lord West, is the third story in her Dashing Widows series. I've thoroughly enjoyed the first two novellas in this series and can't wait to see what Anna has in store for Helena, Countess of Crewe and Vernon Grange, Lord West, the man who once loved her and let her get away.

What are you looking forward to this month?

One person who leaves a comment will receive a Kindle copy of The Unforgettable Hero, a recently released Playful Brides novella by Valerie Bowman.
